the staff was friendly and the room had a nice view of the mountain. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were definitely noteworthy. the hotel offered hot water 24/7 which was a plus. the hotel provided a decent breakfast and was a comfortable place to stay in.
The hotel lacked a bit in terms of amenities and decor.

The Vaikunth in Dharamshala is a fantastic hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great views, convenient location. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

I had a month-long search for a good hotel, and I found a great one. The hotel I stayed in was very clean, including the rooms. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is located on a safe street, and I could walk to all parts of the city from there.

Celebrated New Year in a cozy hotel with hot water available 24/7. Main street location, safe and quiet. Stunning mountain view from the room.
Nil. Had a fantastic New Year's experience at a comfortable hotel. the hot water supply was great, which we appreciated after a long day out in the chilly weather.

The hotel had clean rooms and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its location was great, easy to move around. There were lots of food options around.
The breakfast could use some improvement; the options were not to my liking.
